This morning I witnessed The United Kingdom’s P.M. Apologize to the Birth Mums & Adult Adoptees who were profoundly affected by decades of Forced Adoptions in The United Kingdom. This Apology was broadcast on BBC News. When I went outside afterwards I immediately noticed that the birds were singing, and the moon had given way to an horizon. It was dawn. The dawn which I hope brings some measure of comfort, not only to those affected in Great Britain, but also to those who have, or previously had, similar nightmare stories throughout The Commonwealth.
